Drawing done at the Naturalist Illustration course, at the Leandro Kabessa's workshop in CIC.

This shell was my first finished drawing at the Naturalist Illustration course in CIC, with Leandro Lopes.

From right to left you can see the progress from the first draft to final. Two classes were needed to finish this illustration made with several layers of graphite, ranging from the 5H to 9B.

Actually, it's a pokan, which combines a lot with watercolor because even the taste is a bit watery :)

It took me 4 hours to do this watercolor painting in the teacher Ana's course, at the Gallery Da Color de Floripa in June 2008. It was my third day on the course and Ana gave me great tips.
